DBT Transportation Services offers project management services on the customer’s behalf to ensure that critical tasks and long-term goals are met accordingly. Years of past experience enable our project managers serve customers by coordinating activities and agreements designed to support the customer’s core processes.
After careful planning, DBT Transportation Services begins the delivery project, which has a clearly defined budget, goals and deliverables. A special project team is established where the project manager usually has a project coordinator, engineer and technician to work with. The project manager takes responsibility for the coordination of tasks and delivery of the system. This involves the coordination of hardware, software, installation, training, and local third-party interaction as defined by the customer order and/or agreement.
